I have to say I totally agree with this man in most aspects, but what works for one person might not work for another. I think our bodies, minds, and Spirits talk to us and guide us into what we NEED to do for our OWN personal recovery. For me, it’s God/prayer/meditation, meds, talk therapy/journaling/sharing my story, lifestyle changes, running, and self-care.
